1. General
This policy sets out the principles for returns and the right of withdrawal regarding the services and digital products offered by Türk Bilişim via turkbilisim.com.tr. It has been prepared within the framework of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Customers who qualify as consumers are, as a rule, entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For service contracts, this period starts on the date the contract is concluded.
3. How to Notify Us of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to reach us with a clear notice within the 14-day period. You may send your notice through the following channels:

Including your full name, order/service details and your request in the withdrawal notice helps speed up the process.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be used or is limited in the following cases:
- Services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent (work started with the customer's express approval before the withdrawal period expires).
- Software, design and project work prepared specifically in line with the customer's requests or personal/corporate needs.
- Digital content/services delivered instantly in electronic form (with the customer's consent).
- Work that, by its nature, cannot be returned or rapidly loses value.
5. Returns and Refunds
For a valid withdrawal request, any payment made is refunded within 14 days of the withdrawal notice reaching us, in a manner consistent with the payment method used and without charging any additional cost to the customer. Due to the nature of services, there is no physical product return (shipping).
For services whose performance has begun, a deduction may be applied proportionate to the value of the service provided up to the withdrawal date; the remaining amount is refunded.
6. Exchange
Revision/exchange requests for digital services and projects are assessed within the scope and revision terms set out in the relevant service agreement.
